John will be dearly missed by his loving extended family and friends.

John was an active member of the Turin and surrounding Orford Community, and was often found at a rink or a diamond anywhere around Ontario supporting friends and family. John "Whipper" McFeggan was a member of the Bothwell Slo Boys hockey team and wore the number 35 for the Die-Hards baseball team for many years. He was involved with both local and international plowing matches. John worked for Bell Canada, Thamesville and Bothwell Hydro and was a lifelong farmer. He loved to share his beautiful voice, accompanied by "The Guys" who would perform weekly at the Village. John was active member of the Emmanuel Congregational Church Choir and was a previous member of the Turin United Church and Choir.

JR was a kind-hearted gentleman who loved his family and his community. His dry and sweet sense of humour will be missed by many.
