My sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Mary.
I was a former RPN at Village on the Ridge, in Ridgetown. I was strongly encouraged and inspired by Mary to continue on with my Nursing studies, and subsequently left The Village to obtain my BScN RN. I'm very sad to hear of her passing. She was a pleasure to meet and get to know over the couple years that I worked at The Village, and I thoroughly enjoyed our chats. I know she will be deeply missed.

Miss McEachran played a very significant role in my life-both personally and professionally.
I completed my nurses' training in 1962 from PGH Chatham. Miss McEachran was my instructor throughout the years of training. She was always professional and helpful during those years and it was her leadership and training that took me through to graduation. I experienced some difficult personal losses in my final year and I will always remember her support and guidance.
It was because of her as well as other leaders that I became a successful leader in my profession for 45 years.
Truly a life to be celebrated.

My sympathy to all. I came to know Mary really well when daughter Karen lived next door to Mary on Main Street. She was such a great neighbour to Karen and her 2 children. I visited her often at the Village. She was so bright and interested in things and our family. She will be truly missed.

Sending sincere sympathy to all the McEachran family. Mary was my dear friend and I will miss visiting her at The Village on the Ridge. She was always very welcoming and we had some great conversations. Her family was her pride and joy and she spoke highly of each of them.We did crossword puzzles and word jumbles. She was often working on one of them when I came to see her. Now I am left with precious memories of my loving friend. She will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with you.

To all Mary's family, most especially Jay. We are so sorry to learn of Mary's passing She was a wonderful lady and so interested in family. She was a great supporter of the McEachran Clan Reunion and we sure enjoyed our visits with her prior to the reunion as we finalized plans. It was regrettable that she was not able to attend the final picnic. She will be missed for sure by everyone in her family as well as Ridgetown. Take care of one another. Dorothy and Duncan.
