Muriel, Marjorie,Dave and Kassidy we are deeply saddened to hear of Don's passing .
Don will be remembered fondly by Nathan and myself . We enjoyed our many stop over flights in Toronto when Don and Muriel would pick us up at the airport and visit with them in Etobicoke then at their home in Ridgetown in later years .
Our most memorable visit was when Don,Muriel and Marjorie visited us in Halifax.
Don will be remembered by us for the true gentleman he was and the love and respect he bestowed upon Muriel .May your memories of Don bring you comfort at this sad time
Rest easy dear Don. Nathan and Janet Savary

Muriel and your family....We have been friends for many, many years starting in Etobicoke, visiting and working at West Humber United Church where Don worked tirelessly. We visited at Ridgetown and Don saw that we toured the countryside and had fish dinners, too. We always kept in touch and I talked to him just a week or so ago. So I am very sorry to hear of his death and am thinking of you, Muriel, and your family at this sad time.

Don & Muriel were tireless workers in Mount Zion church for many years, and we greatly missed them after they recently moved to be near family. In more recent years, I visited them at their home when I served as their church elder. We had many conversations about their lives, family and church work. Their former home on Warwick Drive overlooked the farm to the south of Ridgetown, they could see our Christmas lights well from there. Their contributions to our church and community will not be forgotten.
