DYWELSKA: Donald 'Paul' ­- It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our hero and the light of our life at Parkwood Hospital in London on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at the age of 73. He fought a good fight. He took pride being a Firefighter and rose to Deputy Chief before retiring. He leaves behind a wife Peggy of Ridgetown, daughter Kelly of Chatham and son Jon­Paul of Blenheim. Proud gramps to Alison (Nate), Samantha; Jaxson Paul and Sidnee Grace. Great-gramps to Chloe, Bryson, Flynn and Bennett. Loving brother to Ron (Carole) of LaSalle, Michael (Beverly) of Mississauga, Kate (Dan) of LaSalle, Patty (Dan) of of Amherstburg and Chris (Judy) of Amherstburg. Loving brother­in­law to Jill Atherton (Rick), Ginny Cockbain and the late Glen and Fred(Dorothy). Also missed by several nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. He was a man of great love, and adored by his family and respected as a hero by many. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses who touched his life at University and Parkwood Hospitals. Your kindness will not be forgotten. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main St. E., Ridgetown on Monday from 7:00 ­ 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Church, 26 George Street, Ridgetown at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 with Fr. Mariaraj Irudayam celebrant. Cremation to follow. Donations made in memory of Paul to the Autism Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
