My deepest condolences to the Morden family. I am sorry to have missed the visitation. I got to know Gerald in his role as zone director as well as chairman of Egg Farmers of Ontario and aa a customer. I always looked forward to his knowledge and insight into the Egg Industry. He will be greatly missed by both family and the Egg Industry.

Our sincere condolenses to all of the Morden family. I so fondly remember Gerald as my Sunday School Supereintendent and a pillar of the rural Duart community church. I have so many fond memories of his heartfelt welcome to whomever he greeted wherever he was out and about the community and at the church. He was always so interested in people and what they were doing. in their latest adventures especially in agriculture. We respected and admired this true gentleman and know he will be sadly missed by his family and many others.

To Gerald's children - Russell, Auralie, Duane & Blake - We have all crossed paths at sometime in our life whether it be at your parents house when Carolyn held a CGIT meeting, at the Coop in Muirkirk or at RDHS. When Cameron and Matthew would be off on PA days from school, Mom and Dad would often take them out to go through the chicken barn. Then they would talk about it when they got home. So sad to hear of Uncle Gerald's passing. I have fond memories of being at the farm in Highgate in the mid-70's, and helping to bale hay and collect eggs. Gerald and Caroline treated me like one of their own. My condolences to Russel, Auralie, Duane and Blake in their father's passing - my thoughts are with you.

I feel like I have known Gerald my entire life! He was one of my Sunday school teachers and we belonged to the same book club! The club was started when we attended the Duart Presbyterian church and continued until the onset of the Covid outbreak! I will cherish all my memories!
