Obituary of Margaret Rose Stover

With her husband and daughters by her side, Margaret "Margie" Rose Stover (Rodger) passed away peacefully at her Toronto home on February 3rd, 2014. Margie spent most of her life as an educator, both inside and outside of the classroom. She brought her creativity and enthusiasm to many schools, relishing most her time spent in Toronto's inner-city schools as a literacy specialist. Margie will be missed for her love of family, great friendships and life-long fashion sense. She is survived by her husband Herb Stover and daughters Sarah and Emily (Alex Gorka), her brothers Jim (Janet) Rodger, David (Bonnie) Rodger and a large extended family. Forever the Blenheim girl, Margie requested remembrances be made as donations to the Blenheim Historical Society, 45 Sandys Street South, Box 1987, Blenheim, Ontario N0P 1A0. Services were held on Friday, February 7th, 2014 at the McKinlay Funeral Home, Blenheim, Ontario, followed by a reception at Deer Run Golf Course.
