I’m so sorry to hear about Karen I’m going to miss her so much she was a great person and was always there when I needed her as a friend or just to visit . My thought and prayers are there for all of your family I know yous will miss her but always remember the good time and bad because they will keep yous going . She was way to young to go I know she was looking forward to being able to retire and enjoy her life . This picture of her in Jamaica was a moment that I wel always remember because we had a blast there

Oh my dear friend. I will miss you. Deepest sympathy to all of Karen’s family. I have many fond memories of our childhood playing on her front porch, camping out in the backyard. Partying at Laurie’s wedding when we were teenagers. There for many of my milestones, my wedding, when Dad died and Mom was dying. We tried to see each other whenever I “came home”. I am so sad! Rest In Peace. See you on the other side someday.

To My Dearest Friend
Oh the years we have known each other over 62. From playing dolls on your front porch going to kindergarten and hanging out as teen agers and adults. We would come and go through out the years creating memories and life stories but we always kept in touch showed up when needed or just a funny conversation about all the crazy sometimes stupid things we did omg the stories I could tell. You treasured the OGGW group gatherings and looked forward to them. Friends like ours are one in a million and for us to have this group was the best thing ever. We supported each other laughed cried and just had a connection for ever. Your smile your infectious laugh and of course you were our dancing queen always the first one up on the dance floor or chair or picnic table lol and of course we would all follow you up there. You always kept me organized and my sister Mickey would call you hurricane Karen because you would come in a room and take over and after everything was perfect. You kept me inline when needed and my partner in crime when we wanted to be mischievous. Oh my the memories i will keep and hold in my heart forever. I will miss our texting during our favorite shows i looked forward to that every week. It breaks my heart i will not be able to see you but you will have a place in my heart forever. To Karens family omg she loved you all so much and not one day that went by that she didn't have a story to tell me about all of you. Forever in my memories and always in my Heart. Love you to the moon and back and also later gator as thats how we ended all our conversations.

To Karen's family and friends.
I am heartbroken to hear of Karen's passing. When I got to work this morning we had a feeling that something had happened and that maybe she was in the hospital because she didn't clean the bank on Sunday like she normally did. And we knew she hadn't been feeling well. I just had told my co-workers that I had bought Karen's gift on Saturday from the staff because at the end of the month she was done/retired from doing our branch. Ten minutes later we were told she passed. I can honestly say I loved Karen, her smile, her sense of humor and her kindness was so beautiful. She was one of a kind. We will miss our 5 o'clock chats with her. Karen was always asking about my grandkids.

I didn't see Karen much, but whenever she was around, she made everyone laugh with her high spirits. The last time I saw her was at Cindy's camp where Karen got up on the picnic table to dance and we all had a great laugh watching her. She will be missed.

I've known Karen since high school. She was always smiling and had a zest for life that was awesome to see. Our OGGW chain has a broken link with Karen's passing. We will continue to gather and she will always be there with us. Never forgotten, always in our hearts.
